1. Billing Cycle
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis, beginning on your initial purchase date.
2. Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize AARMA to automatically charge your provided payment method for recurring membership fees until you cancel.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Cancellation requests after billing may apply to the next cycle.
4. Refund Policy
All membership and product fees are non-refundable once billed. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription periods.
5. Changes to Membership Tiers
You may upgrade or modify your membership tier subject to availability. Any changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.
6. Communications
By subscribing, you consent to receive important updates regarding your subscription via email and SMS.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your membership may be suspended or canceled.
8. Membership Benefits
Benefits associated with your membership (field missions, early access, curated boxes) are subject to change at our discretion.
